RULES
General server rules
Every player must follow the rules - ignorance does not exempt from responsibility!
1. It is forbidden to use third-party programs (bots, hacks, macros, etc.).
2. It is forbidden to use game errors (bugs). If you find an error, let us know - we will compensate for it.
3. It is forbidden to impersonate the administration/gamemasters.
4. It is strictly forbidden to advertise other Mu-Online servers.
Rules of conduct for players
1. Harsh insults and threats (both in the game and on the Discord server) are prohibited.
2. Malicious server damage, for example - special killing or damage of newbies, is PROHIBITED.
Trade rules
1. Trading for real money is prohibited.
2. Cheating players when buying/selling items is prohibited.
3. In case of disputes over trade, the administration will not compensate for lost items unless clear evidence is provided (e.g. video or screenshots).
Event rules
1. During the event, you must listen to the GameMaster's instructions.
2. It is prohibited to deliberately interfere with the organization of the event.
Penalties and sanctions
In case of violation of the rules, the administration may impose the following penalties:
• Warning
• Temporary or permanent blocking (chatban, account ban, IP ban)
• Confiscation of items
• Reduction of resets
The administration has the right to change the rules without prior notice, but players will be informed about this.
