RULES
General server rules
Every player must follow the rules - ignorance does not exempt from responsibility!
1. It is forbidden to use third-party programs (bots, hacks, macros, etc.).
2. It is forbidden to use game errors (bugs). If you find an error, let us know - we will compensate for it.
3. It is forbidden to impersonate the administration/gamemasters.
4. It is strictly forbidden to advertise other Mu-Online servers.
1. Rules of conduct for players
1. Harsh insults and threats (both in the game and on the Discord server) are prohibited.
2. Malicious server damage, for example - special killing or damage of newbies, is PROHIBITED.
2. Trade rules
1. Trading for real money is prohibited.
2. Cheating players when buying/selling items is prohibited.
3. In case of disputes over trade, the administration will not compensate for lost items unless clear evidence is provided (e.g. video or screenshots).
3. Event rules
1. During the event, you must listen to the GameMaster's instructions.
2. It is prohibited to deliberately interfere with the organization of the event.
4. Penalties and sanctions
In case of violation of the rules, the administration may impose the following penalties:
• Warning
• Temporary or permanent blocking (chatban, account ban, IP ban)
• Confiscation of items
• Reduction of resets
5. Refund Policy
Our products sold in our website are considered as digital products.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is submitted.
We recommend to contact us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our products.
By buying our product from our website you agree that, because of the nature of the products sold, which are digital, there are no refunds under any circumstance.
If you submit any payment you agree that you will not dispute, ask for a partial refund, or a full refund.
If you do not agree to the above do not submit any payment.

7. About Donators
We thank you for donating to our server and that we are able to enhance our server for the better.
However, there are rules to be listed:
Any donation made is non-refundable.
If you have donated once or 100 times, it doesn't matter, you are still equal with any other player(s) who hasn't donated at all.
Donators don't have more importance in what they say than any other players. This means, that every player that donates are to be treated equally the same as non-donators.
If rules are broken donators can also be banned easily just like any players.
If for any reason a donator gets banned, all items in his account(s) will be blocked along with the account. It will also not be returned to him/her under any circumstances.
